In Settings -> accessibility -> advanced settings -> Accessibility Button -> set "Select actions" to None.

These worked for me:

Method 1:

In Settings -> accessibility -> advanced settings -> Accessibility Button -> Select actions- live transcribe -> turn off live transcribe

Method 2:

How to enable or disable Live transcribe shortcut in Samsung Galaxy S21, S21Plus, or S21 Ultra

In Settings -> accessibility -> hearing enhancement -> live transcribe-> live transcribe shortcut -> set  "off"
