Lock screen widget

How do I turn off this widget in the middle of my lock screen!? I have my phone set to reboot at 3a. I came on my phone to find that widget on and had to use my S Pen to try and type my pin. I had to find a spot where the box outline wasn't touching a number. This widget is VERY ANNOYING. IT BLOCKS MY PIN PAD!! I where gloves at work and use my pin to unlock my phone, it's very annoying to have to take my gloves on and off to use my finger print. I can't find a way to turn off this widget!

If you go to settings>security>lockscreen>lockscreen widgets, are the individual toggles for the widgets disabled and if not, does disabling them fix the issue?

Nope, tried that already. I went thru the whole settings list looking for a way to disable that widget. Widgets, doesn't even show that widget.

Have you tried to long-press on the "Add Widget" to remove it?  

If the issue persists, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report.

Yes, I've already tried the long press, that was the very first thing I tried.

I can't send an error report, nothing shows up to be able to send it as one.
