My phone app is unusable after installing one ui on s21

Since installing the beta software, when I make or receive a call my microphone does not seem to work. I've veried with the duo video app that my microphone word. There seems to be so e impact on the audio for my phone app. I've tried both Samsung and Google phone apps, same issue. Any ideas? Thanks!

You're so right. I should have never bought the S21 ultra in general. Everything is bad compared to Google phones. I got lured in by the hardware but Samsung software is dog tier.

Did you gobto your phone app and cleares the data / cache?
Does it have the necessary permissions to microphone?

If you haven’t already, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your contribution to the beta program.

Please try turning off Wi-Fi calling on the device. Google Fi members seem to have an issue with Wi-Fi calling.
