Need to help to remove Beta off my phone.

I need help removing this Beta off my phone for good. I Factory reset and the Beta is still installed on my phone help remove it and back to 11 please. It's messing up my phone.

1. To withdraw from the Beta program, you must apply for withdrawal through Samsung Members application on your device.

("Settings > One UI Beta Program status > Withdraw" menu)

2. To remove the beta software, perform a rollback to the previous release version, using the Smart Switch PC Version on your computer. The rollback resets the device and removes data generated during beta testing.

Note: If you backed up your device data to your computer with Smart Switch, you can restore the data after the rollback process. To perform the rollback, connect the device to your computer with a USB cable. On the computer, launch the Smart Switch application, and select "Downgrade".

What happens if I didn't save anything to my computer. How can I install Android 11 back to my phone.

This same thing is happening to with Android 14.  My phone won't go back to normal.  I've factory reset and tried using Smart Switch for the PC but he phone fights off the downgrade like my immune system fights off Covid.  Help me, Rhonda.
