Anyone else notice the two new options in settings?

The Tech Support one doesnt really do anything. It just says "installing applications".

I have those, too. Samsung Unlocked G998U1. These have been here since I got the phone in May

It's not really new they just remove it and place it on the main settings page

I am using unlocked S21 with T-Mobile SIM and don't see these options in Settings.
