Notification Panel Issue

Has anyone else noticed a problem when you tap on a notification in the panel it just closes the whole panel without opening the notification. I've had it happen several times now, just wanted to know if anyone else has this issue.

Same here. You tap it and it closes, you tap it again and it opens.
