Questions
Screen used to turn on and be bright enough to see the notification. Now it seems that the screen, while it turns on for the notification, the brightness is set at its lowest. Anybody else? Is there something I touch maybe? This just happened with beta 2. (I also use dynamic island app)

Questions
Hey! I have noticed this as well. It appears to be set to same brightness as the AOD brightness. It's only a little inconvenient for me, but just wanted to put it out there I've experienced it too. I have not tried to look for a solution due it not being a huge issue for me, so unfortunately I can't help. Hope you figure it out!

Questions
It may be a conflict with the dynamic island app (compatibility with One UI 6 and Android 14). Conflicting with the system settings possibly too.
Have you tested it with dynamic island turned off? If it works fine without dynamic island turned on, then you'll know it's a dynamic island compatibility issue.
You never know when you use a third party app for things like notifications
