Now Brief

My Z Fold 6 just updated to the UI 7 software but for some reason, I don't see the Now Brief on the inside or outside of my phone. Is anyone else expericening this or am I do something wrong?

Haven't seen any issues with the now brief did you press and hold on your home screen and go to the left to make sure it's turned on?

Sorry I was thinking of Google discover feed. Yeah I don't have the now brief either but the now bar will come up when I'm playing music

I wonder if the reason the "Now Brief" isn't showing is becasue it it a folding phone?

Thanks for the question. To clarify, Now Brief is not supported on the Galaxy Z Fold6 as of the official One UI 7 release. This feature is currently available only on select models such as the Galaxy S24 series.

Since that "feature" has been pushed by marketing as a major one for UI 7, maybe the beta team should have included a popup message in the beta rollouts that went to the testers using unsupported devices?

Since each iteration of the beta software is device type specific, implementing feature notes that will correspond to the beta users experience seems like a very easy and effective fix, that will help to get your team more concise and useful feedback. (In the future)
