Is anybody else getting a slow and sometimes choppy animation when opening apps or switching pages in the app drawer? 

The choppy animation is nothing extreme, just wanted to see if someone else is getting it.

It's extreme in my case, even with processing speed maxed out. The quick panel is nowhere even reaching 60fps on 120hz

The only place I'm seeing 120 hertz is in the display selection for adaptive display. Not unusable for sure but odd.

I fixed the lagging at the app switcher using the developer options. Just changed the animation scale to 0.5.

I'm adding on to this. The amount of stutter is heavily influenced by the blur effect (present in the app switcher, home screen, and quick panel). Open your app switcher and then pull down your panel and it'll stutter even worse.
