That was only a rumor and Samsung never confirmed that beta 3 was coming today. My guess is probably sometime this week or next week

You must remember that beta software is experimental, not released on a schedule. The 23rd and the 30th can only be tentative dates. If there are any still unresolved issues, release will need to be delayed.

Coz it is hot topic. Samsung delays update since introducing android 15.
Samsung kept delaying since July..
Then Samsung released update as beta 2 that is battery draining

looks like software are taken as a joke about software support
