Phone Broke??!

My home screen apps disappeared and now I got a system ui error. The quick settings tabs are unresponsive and I think my phone doesn't recognize my sim card because I'm getting a message to set up my sim card. What the heck is going on?! 

I was just trying to add widgets to the home screen!

Restart the phone. Lesson learned about not using Beta if not an advanced user

I did restart but now I have a different issue. I can't make any phone calls. It's not registering my network??

Unfortunately, the SIM card isn't compatible with your device anymore. It is possible that your carrier is from outside the US and Puerto Rico. See the list for all the supported carriers.
(US carriers not on this list may have limited support.)
