I have the fold 5 and game heavily on it while using twitch and discord on floating tabs. Haven't noticed any extreme heat. What apps are you experiencing the high temp with??

Are you experiencing this on the inner screen? If so they need to upgrade all the betas testers to the stable version, I'm tired of this buggy mess, and hopefully all the bugs are ironed out in the stable release

Yes. Especially when multitasking, particularly with Pokemon go.
