Beta software has a settings to separate updates of System apps available in Galaxy Store. It is by default set to On and shows this notification while looking for updates or actually performing an update. Android requires background process to show a notification while doing processing.
You can turn the setting off in settings -> biometrics and security ->Galaxy System Update. Please note that if you do turn off this setting, you will need to manually check and update apps periodically.
