Privacy App - Settings - Delay

Launching the Privacy App via Settings has an ultra-delay when starting. At first, I thought my phone was frozen. Happens everytime you lunch the Privacy Settings.

Tested. Indeed does freeze for a considerable amount of time (and locks up the task switcher). I'll send a report
