I dont see a way in Native app to turn on RCS. I AM using unlocked S21 Ultra with T Mobile network. Am i the only one who is unable to use that feature or is there is any way to turn it on. I am using Android 12 beta. RCS was not available in previous version as well

That feature is not available.

RCS cannot be turned on unlocked devices with T-Mobile.
