Was horrible on my s22 ultra turned it off and it changed the whole phone experience..currently have never used it on my s25 ultra

No, as it takes up storage space and will rarely if ever get used. Unless one is doing heavy video editing or performing other memory intensive functions it will never be used. Turn it off as RAM will stop using other apps if they are not in use but have their info stored in it. If the RAM gets low it will auto-delete the unused content (cache) for the newer used apps.

Yes, I do use it. Because I need it. So it depends on you and how you use yours. If it's heavy use like video editing or using a lot of apps at the same time, then yes, turn it on.

So, I've had it on by default this entire time. I'm not sure if it's been since beta or since I've purchased my S25U, but I decided to turn it off and my battery life has been great!

I turned off ram plus and my phone heats less by like a couple of degrees in fahrenheit, It practically takes longer to reach 95ยฐf.

It's better to leave it off unless you are using more ram then what you have.
