Regarding Error Reporting

Do the blue checkmarks (see screenshot) indicate that an Error Report has been read, or that is has been resolved? There was no feedback or reply given. There's simply a blue checkmark next to some of my error reports.

Here's what I'm talking about.

I think that means they have received and have read the feedback. You will usually get a blue checkmark with "ANSWERED."If they send you a response.
