I've had an issue where I can't register my main Samsung account for the beta, and was told to post here to get it resolved by the error report team(as well as the regular Samsung members support team) I'm unsure what I need to ask about or who to contact, but I was told to post on the community to get it resolved. Thank you

I had to create a new Google account to use as my Samsung account sign in on members app in order for the banner to show up, others have done so as well but then they just entered back into their old account after they were registered, I don't know if that'll work as I had sideloaded the first beta because I didn't have the banner and then saw that work around and tried it and sure enough the banner was there, while even side loaded I just got the over-the-air update to the 2nd beta update that was released today, so that's cool I was worried I'd have to side load again but not the case now that im registered

like he said you have the person to send a direct message to which is @USBetaModerator2 and if you go under the main Samsung members app go to the third option at the bottom you should see somewheres an option for a direct message, enter the name above provided as well as I copied into this message and then send the message after you type what you need to say
