Remove one UI 7

How can I remove one UI 7 after downloading if I no longer want it I'm kinda scared it going to delete my data.

In recent betas, you need a computer and a cable to plug into your phone and use smart switch i believe, that will bring you back to oneui 6, but doing so is wiping your phone as a factory reset so I would suggest backing up everything first before doing so
