I had to withdraw from the Beta version because I was having issues with my 3rd party banking app and the app that connects to my scooter. I withdrew from the Beta program and tried to downgrade using Smart Switch and I keep getting an error message update failed. How do I go back to original stock software? My phone is all kinds of messed up now.

It is simple:

If you did not follow the right step, you might find it difficult to downgrade. I think you should take a look at these photos and then follow the steps to Withdraw.

Before withdrawing, have you tried to repair the apps? The best way is to boot into Recovery and repair the apps through it.
