After withdrawing from the beta, you can go to the nearest service center and let them install the official software for you or you can do install it yourself if you know how to do it.

I know how. Took me forever to find the proper firmware but i got it. Im sticking around for a while. Just was curious if Id have to manually roll back if need be but so far things work good including my sideloaded apps and lite modifications. My only complaint is how they changed the find my phone. It takes forever to get to the point of finding my phone where before it was quick and easy. Thanks for the clarification on the rollback

Rollbacks are unavailable as @userZNnTdcqwZP mentioned during Beta program, until an official software is released. 

For "Find my phone" issue, please submit an error report to help us understand your issue in depth. 

- Galaxy Wearable Beta app> Contact us > Error reports

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
