Samsung should just copy Apple and push out all updates to their flagship devices at the same time, so everything stays consistent.

Most likely anywhere between Thursday and Saturday. Usually 3+ days after Korea starts.

Yeah I don't get why they don't push it all out at the same time. They can preload it on different servers in multiple areas or countries so it's not all coming from 1 location. They have 1000s of country based servers just like apple and google

It's just a different philosophy. They want to make sure there aren't any severe unanticipated bugs before they do a global rollout. This way, they can pull the update quickly and localize the potential damage.
