Samsung account

I think I have issue with my Samsung account (involving my email). Even though I think I am still using the email address as before, at one point it did say.my account was deactivated?!?! Now I cannot see anything in my smart-things devices and or any past purchases from the galaxy store. I definitely need help because this issue is getting more involved with anything Samsung related to your email address registered. Can anyone at Samsung reach out? I am nervous I lost my history of my entire life on Samsung

If I directly go into the Samsung Cloud I get errors, or by trying in settings under backups.

I'm attaching the screen captures of the Messages I'm getting. I literally can no longer see any of my other devices, or get into my cloud account (meaning no more backing up my phone using Samsung cloud)

Trying multiple times to go into my past apps bought or watch faces none show and it just kicks me back out to the menu

Umm I am having issues because it's beta I assume. But note taken. I emailed support too but no response there. 🤷

But today I actually had a DM from someone, so... There's that
