Skin tone color option

Why when I create an AR Emoji it doesn't give me the option to change my skin color?

click on the head icon on the bottom row & you should have a color palette at the top.
I did this in the AR emoji sticker app. not sure where you are editing.

Mine doesn't give me that option I don't know if it's because I'm using the beta.
