Successfully rolled back, but unable to get back on the stable update channel

I've unenrolled and downgraded successfully.

However, if I try to do a software update, it still looks like I'm in the beta channel.

If I go back to the enrollment page to try to re-enroll, I get an error that I'm already enrolled. However, there is no longer a withdraw option.

I believe there is a change needed in the backend to get me off the beta channel. I need to get on the stable channel to continue to receive security updates as my company requires my phone remain in security compliance at all times.

Tagging @USBetaModerator2 to help out here.

Thank you.

Boot into Recovery mode, then clear Cache, Repair app and one it reboot, it should be clean enough to take you back. I just gave out my S23 Ultra to my son and that's all that I did to get the phone clean and fully restored.

No.

Do the following:
1. Turn off your phone.
2. After 1 minute, press and hold Volume Up at the same time as you Press and Hold the Power Button
3. Hold both even after seeing the Samsung and Android logos.
4. When you see a black screen with a number of options, you are in recovery mode.
Use the Volume button to move up or down and Power button to activate your selections.

PLEASE, BE CAREFUL HERE AND BE SURE YOU PICK THE RIGHT OPTIONS AS ANY MISTAKE MADE IN THIS MODE CANNOT BE REVERSED. DO NOT CLICK RESTORE TO FACTORY SETTINGS AS YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE .

Interesting. I guess a reasonable backup plan I can do if this doesn't get resolved is to disassociate my phone from this Samsung account and/or reset and register a new account that has never enrolled in the beta.

I'm just wary of doing another reset because it takes forever to set up my work profile, and that can't get backed up using Smart Switch.

Questions

1. Went to Samsung Members and unenrolled from the beta (this step seems to have not completely worked for me since my account is stuck in the beta channel for updates)

2. Download Smart Switch on your computer and on your phone. Connect your phone to your computer.

3. Back up your data with Smart Switch. Make sure you have all the data you need, because your phone will be wiped in the process. Things such as two-factor codes won't be backed up, so you'll lose them unless your authenticator has a QR code "export" or something and you temporarily save a picture of that to load in later.

4. Smart Switch will let you click "Downgrade" and automatically install the stable software for you. Again, this will wipe your phone, so make sure you have all the data you need backed up before you do this.

Questions
Thank you. I did back up my phone with smart switch on my computer. When I first started Smart Switch, I did not see an option to "downgrade". Does that pop up after I wipe my phone and plug it into my computer for the restore?

If your phone is no longer on Beta, you won't see Downgrade. If you have withdrawn in the Samsung Member App, once you plug your phone, Smartswitch should give you Downgrade option. If you don't see the option, uninstall Smartswitch on your computer and reinstall to have the latest software. If you do don't see downgrade still, click the various options on the Smartswitch app on your computer, look for update. Let me know the outcome.
