Switching to dark/light mode automatically

I did the partition clear in recovery mode, which fixed the phones stuttering. But when I go from automatic dark/light mode the stuter comes back and my background becomes blurry. 

I had to to clear the partition once again, now I have dark mode at all times turned on. With no stutter.

We are aware of issue concerning Home screen becoming blurry and are working on resolving the issue.
