Update to final release

Will beta testers get the final release to download?   Or do we have to wait for carrier to push it?

If you are unlocked it will be 2 to 3 weeks sooner than carrier locked handsets

It's usually the other way around. OneUI 5.0 beta was much longer unlocked.
