Do the video chat effects works for anyone, nothing changes in any of the effects

Video chat effects are working for me.

Can you explain what is not working for you and what video call app are you using?

The icon appears to change the video effects, background blur, background colours, but when I select those nothing happens, tried on WhatsApp and messenger
