Why can't I get beta 2

I've been restarting the phone many times using wifi 😒 and all and still no updates for beta 2, still seeing that I'm on the latest firmware

Just got mine here in LA an hour ago. S21+ unlocked on T-mobile.

Some updates over 600Mb on T-Mobile require Wi-Fi
