Withdraw from beta

Trying to remove Beta software and downgrade to the previous official version, followed all steps in protocol and this is as far as it go. Been on this screen for 3 hours now, anyone know why and how long before the next step?

When are you guys releasing the official update??? The official One ui 4 update has already been released for unlocked note 20 ultras yesterday!!! Where is it for unlocked note 20 ultra beta testers???

I am thinking about doing this too.. samsung released the official version for unlocked note 20 ultras yesterday while we unlocked note 20 ultra beta testers are still having to wait. I am so fed up with their slowness

Me too that's so crazy, Samsung is taking so long for to release the official One UI 4 update for unlocked note 20 ultras
