When I'm on you tube I can't leave any comments and can't get rid of commercials until there over. Can anybody else having problems please let me know thanks

No issues and have been on YouTube daily since the first day of beta.

Try clearing the cache of YouTube and then wiping the cache partition of your device using recovery mode and then rebooting.
