Apply color palette consistently in Settings

It looks consistent in light mode but when I use dark mode I notice some inconsistencies of color palette in the Settings.

I assume color palette should be applied to everything on the headers in the Settings. Things look fine in light mode.

When dark mode is on, search icon is still white (for almost all headers in the settings)

Color palatte seems not to be applied at all to the headers in Software Update 

But color palatte is successfully applied here

The problem seems to be just in dark mode so please make it more consistent.

Probably dark mode has a harder time cause it has to make the colors darker too
