Auto color pallets with wallpaper apps.

Sadly one has to manually change the wallpaper to apply color palette. 

The apps like muzei etc do not cause color palette to change. 

My error report was closed saying that it's expected. 

However, pixels handle this and Samsung's own lock screen wallpaper will pick colors from dynamic lock screen. Can we get this?
