Battery Widget!

I would really like for the battery widget to be customized just to the color of the indicator level. We should be able to pick a color. The green looks horrible with my black and theme.

I would so prefer white when it goes above the level of red. Red is fine to let you know it's time to plug in. I stacked another widget on top to cover it when I am not looking at battery levels of my devices.

also be able to see the tablet battery level on phone battery widget and vice versa would be so useful
