Make it possible to add a bixby routine that detects when the phone screen is receiving too much sunlight so adaptive brightness turns on automatically.
Purpose of adaptive brightness itself is to look for variation in light and adjust brightness accordingly. Is there an issue with leaving adaptive brightness on instead of turning it on via a routine as routine would need to monitor for light anyways to be able to invoke adaptive brightness.
