Bring Back Spectrum Colors with Edge Lighting

Android 8 allowed you to use a color selector with spectrums, but was removed in Android 9. I saw that they brought it back at least with home screen folders. I'd like to finally be able to use custom colors again, please (these squares annoyed me the day they were introduced).
