Buttons on Call Screen are BLURY

A bug in the texturing / shading part of the call app is causing the buttons on the call screen to be blurry. My display is working well, it is a problem with the software.

I was able to reproduce the issue. It's kind of cool in a way, like the buttons are glowing.
