Color Palette for Samsung Widgets

The color palette from the wallpaper only seems to apply for Google widgets and not the Samsung widgets. Is this expected to change with future releases?

It would be nice to have the color palette apply for Samsung widgets also.

There should be a toggle for applying the colors to app icons at the bottom of the palette screen

Already checked that. It applies the color palette only to the icons, not the widgets themselves.
