If they want us to have the ability the color tone of notification panel and other stock samsung apps they shoudl let us have a custom set. They can allow us to have a color wheel we can select the color to the way we want. At the same time it can give the color code or save it as a saved color and then let us customize the tri color theme set to the way we really want.
