Dark and Light mode uniformity

If I using light mode, WHY .... when I swipe up to access my apps is dark?

They should be the same Samsung 

The color you choose in Quick panel (picture #1) and the intensity of the blur must be the same when you access your apps.

Honestly I think it's like this for better app visibility. More or less a workaround so they don't have to add shadows under apps if your background is too bright
