Data roaming popup toggle

Can we please get an option to disable the data roaming popup? It gets very annoying as I am studying abroad and there is no way to disable the warning. I already know I'm roaming, there's an R in the status bar.

Pop up is shown on carrier request and would be unlikely to be disabled. We will pass on your feedback to our usability team for review
