Design on Google Play and Messenger

Feel like the design on both of these dont match the esthetics of the system going towards blur. It doesnt look good at all as is. I would incorporate blur into them to make them more esthetically pleasing and to match the rest of the design language we are moving towards

I'm honestly not a fan of the new UI.

This is gonna probably sound weird but this layout makes no sense to my brain.

(for me) it's making the apps hard to use.

Google Messages and the Playstore are Google products, you're barking up the wrong tree!

If you would like a Samsung controlled messaging app you would need to use Samsung Messages.

Like Robin said you are asking Samsung to change Google's apps, which they cannot do
