Double tap to full screen media that's in pop up view

Loving the update so far. One thing I notice that wasn't an issue before is that we could double tap media that's in pop up view to full screen. 

So for instance say you're watching a YouTube video in pop up. You could double tap to make the app go to full screen. 

This was in one ui 3 but not in this beta
