Get rid of the + sign on the expanded notification screen quick settings. As it stands, when I have 12 items in my quick settings, it automatically creates a second page with just + sign on the second page. Same with only having 8 quick settings, + is automatically added creating a need for new line.

Yes remove this. It's one of the things I really didn't like in one ui 3 and I'm sad to see it still here in one ui 4. It creates an extra row for no reason when we can already edit the quick settings by using the 3 dots menu.
