Game Launcher in One UI 7 Beta has essentially fixed the Stability of Gaming. But it needs some work.
Performance and Frame Booster is necessary for a smooth gaming experience on the S24 Ultra..But it shouldn't be this way.
Performance is smooth but looks terrible, Balanced looks good but has frame Stutters and Power Saving looks terrible and has frame Stutters.
I have a suggestion for Game Optimization.
Power Saver should be a focus on 60FPS, Lower Resolution (HD+ -> QHD+) upscaled with something similar to RSR/FSR.
Balanced should be Max Resolution 60FPS. (QHD+ Gameplay)
Performance should be 120FPS Medium Resolution Upscaled (FHD+ -> QHD+).
Another small suggestion, if you're going to work with developers. Let's say Genshin Impact. Allow them to have custom Settings for Each Mode. That way it's a Plug in Play Experience.
Depending on Power Saving Mode, Balanced and Performance. In game settings are changed as well. Similar to the Steam Deck Verified System but easier for the Consumer to understand.
There should be a balance between Performance, Thermals and Quality.
I've never faced any issues using the balanced, performance, or battery saver modes. I do agree that we need better options for changing resolution, fps, etc. I shouldn't have to calculate what 80 percent of my full resolution is so I can know how to downscale/upscale my games to. Just make it easier to HD/FHD/QHD options.

I think it would be better to let AI control it. It'll take the devices current power and also take into account it's specs and adjust settings such as FPS, refresh rate, etc. based on that.
