This started with Beta 2, when you select a picture in Gallery to move to another folder (drag gesture) the options now are split screen or pop-up.
Is a little confusing because...why I need a split screen whit a open gallery and a photo in the other screen?...no make sense. 
As it was previously is the most effective and intuitive way to do it....select drag and that all.
Now you have to select the picture, tap on the 3 dots then tap Move to album then select the album.
Definitely is not the best way to do it
