It would be possible that the same background and color that you choose in quick panel will be applied to the background when you access the applications automatically.
That's a great idea as long they keep the theme engine for fine control, I would love to see what it would generate based on how you color the quick panel but I love mostly dark or black backgrounds and theme park is where you can control every little detail, I wouldn't want to lose that, but that's a great idea
I should have explained better, I mean the blur effect in the toggles area and the color that is chosen when you swipe down, make it the same when you swipe up to access the apps.
