In one ui 3 the notification tray told you where silent notifications were grouped up and located. In one ui 4 that has been removed. Additionally, in one ui 3 when you held down a notification it told you what kind of notification it was under the third party app and you had options to silence it or turn them off. That information is no longer presented to you, now it's just the options to deliver them quietly or to silence them.
