When long press on Google pixel running android 14 turn off notifications is under the notification for the app as well as a quick toggle for witch notifications I can turn off, instead of going into the actual setting

Can this also be implemented into android 14 as well or close to it

This functionality is currently available in the Beta SW. Long-pressing on a notification will give you option to turn off notifications for the app or allow you to go to Settings. Please give it a try and let us know if this does not meet your requirements.
