Notifications Collapsed by default

I have mixed feelings about the notifications being so compact now. It makes more room, but some apps like Snapchat hides the Bitmoji icon until you expand it. I feel this change should be reverted to some degree.

Bitmoji icon is now hidden from the notification unless expanded by the user.
